Terms of service
The terms every job is carried out under — the same ones you agree to when you drop a garment off.
- A 50% deposit is due to initiate the job.
- Full payment of the balance is due at completion & delivery of the job.
- Clothing must be fitted before leaving the studio; alterations or changes to completed garments outside of this scenario will attract a fee.
- Turn-around time for alterations is one to two weeks after the deposit is paid.
- The turn-around time for custom orders is four weeks after the deposit has been paid.
- Pickup Policy — once notified that a garment is ready, please collect it within 7 business days (days the studio is open). Garments uncollected after that window incur a storage fee of J$500.00 per day. After 30 days, uncollected items may be repurposed or disposed of at the business's discretion.
- In-depth consultations to assist in client style direction and decision-making are available in 30-minute blocks for a fee.
- Clients are required to attend scheduled fittings. Missing an appointment without 24 hours' notice may result in timeline delays or a rescheduling fee.
- Services requested outside the standard processing window will attract an express surcharge. The client will be notified of the surcharge before work begins.
- The business reserves the right to refuse service in cases involving disrespectful behaviour, unrealistic demands, or requests that fall outside the scope of the business's offerings.
